Sunshine Coast Line

SUBURBAN CONNECTIONS
The Sunshine Coast line connects with and continues south as the Caboolture line.

LONG DISTANCE CONNECTIONS
Passengers for intrastate and interstate services need to detrain at Caboolture or change at Caboolture (depending on service) for the services to Roma Street for the Brisbane Transit Centre; check prior to travelling.

The Sunshine Coast line runs for 104.1 kilometres (65.2 miles) to Nambour and 172.9 kilometres (107.4 miles) to Gympie North from Brisbane's Central Station.

Normal suburban services are provided by QR Citytrain, and the average travel time between Nambour and Central is 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the actual service and stopping pattern.

The average travel time between Gympie North and Central is 2 hours 45 minutes.
