QR Citytrain: Service for Groups - Travel and Education When you've got at least 10 people to move (for example school children), QR Citytrain has group concessions available. Organisers should make prior arrangements (at least 5 working days) by contacting a Group Booking Officer. Supply the Officer with the stations you wish to travel between, and the approximate timing of your journey. This officer will ensure group bookings are made and that station and train crews are aware of travel details. This means they can provide extra assistance for your group when needed. In addition, QR Citytrain has Community Liaison Officers, who are available to visit schools and community groups. They can advise these groups on all aspects of rail travel and safety awareness.
